I Dream of Cleaning focuses only on the residential side of our business. All new candidates are required to begin their journey here. Of the 2 companies this doesn't have the compensation rate of IDOC PRO it has the benefit of a set schedule and the ability to complete multiple projects in a day.
IDOC PRO
IDOC PRO consists of the elite cleaners that have demonstrated the needed skills to take on the STR market while at I Dream of Cleaning. Skills like the ability to work quickly while not compromising quality. Understanding attendance and punctuality are the most important behavior to succeed in this business. They maximize compensation
IDOC PRO consists of the elite cleaners that have demonstrated the needed skills to take on the STR market while at I Dream of Cleaning. Skills like the ability to work quickly while not compromising quality. Understanding attendance and punctuality are the most important behavior to succeed in this business. They maximize compensation by being willing to travel and the willingness to work long hours. Finally and most importantly is their understanding that they've reached the elite level that comes with extremely strict expectations that need to be met everyday to remain in the group.
Training
All candidates are required to complete paid training under the guidance of the company's President, Autumn Heinze, before being assigned properties. Upon successful completion of the training, properties are assigned based on geographic areas.
Employment Status
· All new cleaners are initially considered part-time 1099 contractors.
· As the market grows and can sustain a full-time cleaner, an offer will be made for the cleaner to become a full-time employee.
Compensation
Compensation
Compensation for cleaners is based on a percentage of the net revenue received from the client, with a maximum of 42%. The exact percentage is influenced by several factors:
